2026 Call for Abstracts

Submit an Abstract to be Presented at Our Annual Meeting

Deadline to Submit: September 4, 2026
We invite you to submit one or more abstracts for consideration to be presented at our Annual Meeting. Physical posters will be displayed at the meeting; there will be opportunities during breaks to discuss your work with attendees.

To be eligible, abstracts:

  • Must represent original work or meaningful updates to previously presented work.
  • Must not have been published as a full manuscript in a peer-reviewed journal before the abstract submission deadline.
  • May have been presented at another scientific meeting.
  • Must not contain copyrighted material without appropriate permission.
  • Are limited to 300 words (excluding title, authors, affiliations, and disclosures).
  • Must be submitted by the deadline—September 4, 2026.

The presenting author must attend in person to discuss their research. The presenting author should generally be the first author, although a co-author may present if necessary.
